All purchases of ranks, keys, cosmetics, and other in-game items are final and non-refundable once the item has been delivered to the player. This means that after a player receives the item, rank, or perk — whether automatically or manually — no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Players are responsible for reviewing their purchases carefully before payment. Once the item has been received, the transaction is considered complete and final.
